Have a new to us house in Kingsford, Had 60 amp service, we called G Brooks to give us an estimate on an update on the service.They sent 2 of their electricians out to look at the house that same day. The awesome crew took pics of the old system, which was not close to code, they said for the size of the house 100 amp would be sufficient, they had an opening the next week, did the relocation of power, put new panel in and had the inspector come out the next day. Inspection passed with flying colors. Power the day of inspection, Judi arranged everything, thanks Judi, All aspects of the installation went seemlessly, If we could give them a 10 We would. Thank you G Brooks Electric for making our electrical project so easy for us.

I’ve used Brooks for many years at my business in Iron Mountain. They always responded promptly, and always diagnosed and fixed any issues. Recently, they came out to hook up the underground, electrical service, and it turned out, The cable hadn’t been run yet. Just yesterday they were able to hook it up, and also address an issue I had with my drainfield pump. The two young men that came out and did the work, Ethan and Logan, were very accommodating, friendly, and efficient. Travis and Shawn have been out here in the past, and did A great job too!! Short and sweet. I called. Travis was sent over within 20 minutes. He needed to replace the main breaker - he had the panel open, diagnosed, and a gameplan within 5 minutes of arriving. Travis got the parts he needed at their office, was back, and had the part replaced... ...all within literally about 40 minutes. I cannot highly recommend them enough. (And give that guy a raise! He was Jonny on the Spot!)

Called for electrical work and had a very pleasant office manager/secretary assist and book service. Within a day we had a very pleasant electrician/Ethan come to our house and service it. Life saver, literally. My landlord sent a different company here first (MJ) who did nothing to find what was causing switch to keep flipping in breaker box and other things. G Brooks employee removed the panel to look at wiring and couple were loose, one barely touched came off. I feel much safer now. I know more needs to be done, but I had to get a lawyer to make landlord send somebody here again just for that. The landlord of apartment building accepted what MJ said, what I know or say doesn’t matter. I’m so glad I fought to have it checked again and G Brooks didn’t dismiss what I said or seriousness of the situation. Thank you!
