Bias Review I already love Home Depot so I'm rating high, but I DO NOT like the layout that's hard for my mind to wrap around and it is smaller than the store I'm used to. But it has everything you're familiar with and I'd shop carpet here. It's the best carpet install price for 100's miles.

I was very happy with mark Trombley at the Iron Mountain store . He was very very helpful and went way out of his way to help and suggest different options. He sure makes the store a lot better and people like him makes people like me want to go there and shop more. When the help like mark go way out of their way. Thanks again and thank you mark for all you did for us!!!GREAT JOB!!!

Careful ordering appliances and delivery because you don't always get what you actually order. Double check model number before signing off for delivery. I paid over 900.00 dollars for a refrigerator and they sent one that was selling for 500.00. Looked almost identical. Now I have to keep my food in coolers for another ther week and hopefully receive the right fridge!! No loaner refrigerator from HOME DEPOT. THEY SHOULD OF LET ME USE THE ONE I GOT TILL THE ONE I ACTUALLY ORDERED GETS DELIVERED.

Don’t buy counters from them. The people they contracted to do the job did terrible and the seam is splitting after having the counter for only a year and 10 months. They claim to have a 15-20 year warranty but they only have a year for any issues due to the failure of the contractors. Home Depot needs to do better and not squeeze pennies by hiring incompetent people.

DO NOT PURCHASE APPLIANCES FROM HOME DEPOT!!!!! Very poor customer service. Managers at this store are not honest!!! I will NEVER be back!!! I will drive with a smile to Menards or Lowes or Best Buy!!! See ya HD. And you can skip the canned crap reply. HD to is too big too fail!!!
