Terrible experience!!! Gave an overpriced estimate for installation of smoke and CO detectors. Then came to my property while my tenants were there and installed them without my approval. When I contracted him to install a chimney cap and he gave me an appointment, he never showed up!!! Totally incompetent and unprofessional. Don’t waste your time!!! DO NOT USE!!!! UPDATE: owner replied to my review and said I “wanted something for nothing” which is just another example of his DISHONESTY. I asked him for an “estimate” for smoke detector and CO installation and he gives me an overpriced estimate and shows up to my property (when I’m not there) and my tenants are and puts in the detectors (even though I NEVER authorized him to do so).
