Done Right Roofing just replaced our roof a couple weeks ago! The whole process was smooth and it looks fantastic! I asked Gary if they could replace our Gas Fireplace vent that was busted in the last big wind storm and he went all the way to Mt Vernon to find the right size and came back the next day to replace it! We are delighted with our roof replacement. A+ experience with Gary and his Done Right Roofing crew from first communication to job completion. Very responsive, helpful with initial questions. Not pushy towards certain options. Gary wanted to slot our job in before an incoming storm, he put a big crew on it and finished in a single day. I was very impressed that Gary came by at the end of the job to personally inspect and walk the property with a magnet just to double check no tacks escaped from the cleanup effort. We needed a roof repair and we couldn't get anyone to come out and look at. I called Done Right Roofing and Gary came out within two days (the morning he was leaving for vacation). He explained that our roof was beyond repair and would need to be fully replaced. I was expecting that has the roof was 32 years old! He went back to his office and sent us a quote. The price was very reasonable so we asked to get on the calendar. His crew was out to our house just three weeks later. While they were here, the crew was extremely friendly and very professional. It only took the crew two days to tear the old roof off, haul it away, install the new roof, and clean up! The next day Gary came out to personally look at and ensure it was up to their standards. Gary responded quickly and came out to provide an estimate for a small roof leak. He assessed the issue, determined it was an easy fix, and presented us with options within hours. In the end, he was able to repair it the same day! Gary was personable, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable.
