I love these guys. They are my go-to for countertops and hard surface flooring. The whole staff is knowledgeable and friendly, and they have great pricing. They have helped me in finding and matching materials that I could not find anywhere else. I love just going and viewing the full pieces of granite in their yard. They get some amazing slabs. So, if you're like me and love to support your local businesses, these guys should be first on your list when it comes to hard surfaces in your home.

I'm no expert at remodeling. All I brought to NW folks was a piece of tile I liked for a new bathroom with walk-in shower. From there, these magical folks came up with a stunning, affordable design that I would never have imagined. They linked me to products that worked together beautifully and the result is magnificent. They also understood how to construct it so that it will last . . without water leaks etc. I highly recommend them for their artistry, technical knowledge and customer service.

Sarah and her team at NorthWest Granite & Flooring were SO great throughout the entire process of upgrading our kitchen & bathroom counters & backsplashes. Communication was great, everything got done in the timeframe we had discussed, and pricing was reasonable. Once we worked out a design plan and gotten an idea of what we liked, Sarah even reached out to see if we liked some new granite slabs they'd gotten in stock even better than the ones we'd originally picked out, and we were able to make the switch. We love the way our countertops, sinks, and tile turned out and would recommend NorthWest to anyone in the area with any projects large or small. Thanks again!!!

This company was recommended to me by the Facebook community group. I called on a Friday afternoon to get an estimate for some rotted out sub flooring in a bathroom and Jean came out the same day to provide me an estimate. I was on a strict time crunch because I’m due soon with my second baby and Jean was so accommodating. The repair was started and finished on Monday! I don’t remember the name of the gentleman who did the repair, but he was very professional and polite. I am so, so happy with the overall service. Not to mention they were less expensive than other contractors I received quotes from.

Just today they finished installing 2000sf of engineered hardwoods and it looks great! The installers were true pros and very courteous. Overall an excellent experience and refreshing after months of building and various mistakes by others.
