Dan and his team carry a very high level of service and get the job done right. We had a sprinkler install done and are very impressed by the work.

I hired this company to help me find and fix a short in a damaged sprinkler cable. When I contacted him he responded quickly saying he could "absolutely" help me out and he saw me the next day. In a 20 minute visit, he dug one hole, couldn't find the cable, basically said it wouldn't be possible, then confidently told me the control box was the problem, billed me, and left. I replaced the control box at my own expense, but the issue remained. I reached out again and he said it wouldn't be possible to find the short (again, the thing I was initially told they could "absolutely" do). After doing some digging, I was able to diagnose and fix the problem on my own. Dan is great - Honest and Fair priced. I’ve used several companies over the years - from damage, incomplete blow outs, not filing with city, the results - all of them came short. Not Dan, he does great work - I recommend!

⚠️ BEWARE: Deceptive Pricing and Abusive Behavior ⚠️ I am writing this review to warn potential customers about my deeply disappointing and disturbing experience with Done Rite Sprinklers. What should have been a simple winter blowout service turned into a nightmare of hidden charges and verbal abuse! My history with Dan goes back to 2020 when I hired his company to install a new sprinkler system and sod. Dan is usually a nice guy but does have some anger issues which I’ve experienced more than once. Generally, though, Dan gets the job done. For this year’s winter blowout service, he originally scheduled me for Oct 29th. But unexpectedly told me the on Oct 21st that he would be coming out on the next day. For the second time, Dan came out with his associate. Lawn wasn't getting enough coverage. Checked the sprinkler heads ans adjusted them. Also installed a new one.
