Donna & Lorenzo's Sparkle and Shine Cleaning Service LLC

I live in Neptune near the border of Neptune City. I wanted to let others know about my fabulous experience with Donna & Lorenzo's Sparkle and Shine Cleaning Service LLC. I hired them to do a deep clean of my house. Donna was very professional, coming to my house when all the other businesses I contacted just gave me a quote over the phone without seeing where they would be cleaning. While they were slightly more expensive, I went with Sparkle and Shine because of their professionalism, knowledge, experience and friendliness. They did a fantastic job. Very detailed attention was given to each room. When they were finished, Donna walked me through each room to make sure I was satisfied. I was floored by how clean every room was. It was as clean as the day I moved into the house 8 years ago.

Donna, Lauren, & Michelle did an AMAZING job cleaning my entire house after concrete dust (from a major job being done in my basement) ended up absolutely everywhere in my house. These ladies are professional and personable! When I returned to my house, Donna did a walk through with me to make sure I was happy with the cleanliness of my house. I am beyond pleased with the outcome. They left my house absolutely IMMACULATE! I left my house to these ladies almost in tears...I returned with the biggest smile on my face! I HIGHLY recommend them!

I had my first cleaning done with Sparkle and Shine Cleaning Service and I’m beyond happy! Jasir, Savannah and Leici exceeded my expectations! They were very nice, showed up on time, even a little earlier (which I appreciated) and were very thorough ! They had attention to detail as well ! I am looking forward to the next time I have my house cleaned with this company! They cleaned the areas in my home I have trouble with so well and previous cleaning people never even touched !!! Highly recommended!!

Donna and her employee were very respectful, professional and detailed oriented. This deep cleaning was something our new home needed! The place was immaculate including appliances that needed a little bit more cleaning. We will definitely be using them again!

I am posting this for my grandmother, who had nothing but good things to say about their service. We arrived at our shore home for the first time since last year. Our home needed to be cleaned asap. We called Donna and Lorenzo Cleaners. They were able to come with their team the next day. They did an amazing job. My home was never cleaned so thoroughly.
