Don, you’re missing the point about reliability and integrity in managing your business and customers. My issues with you are the same issues others have had. Your negative feedback shows a desperate attempt to negate and shame your customers which in today’s business climate is highly unprofessional. Your long and drawn out responses to negative reviews towards your customers shows animosity towards anyone who dares to criticize your work. Unreliability and a lack of consistency and dependability in fulfilling obligations or services to customers is the #1 reason why businesses fail. You were late or a no show several times. In the end you lost my trust and I lost $267.00 with no resolution. You need to understand common courtesy and value your customers time.

I appreciate the sincerity that Don provided explaining the cost of my repair. My refrigerator is like new again and I hope I can get another 10 years out of it. Thank you Don!
