They came out the next day to evaluate my ice maker. Within another day, they had the parts. And installed the next. Jerry kept us informed every step of the way! Great customer service

We have been used Don’s Appliance for years and they have always treated us well! They have saved us a ton of money by being honest and professional enough to tell us whether our appliances could be fixed or time to buy new ones. Once they fixed it though, we never had the same problem again so quality is great too. They have worked on our refrigerator as well as several sets of washers and dryers. You just don’t find people that care enough to give you their best efforts!

Called to set appointment, told that he would be out on Monday and that I would be called on Friday to let me know whether he would be here Monday morning or afternoon. No call on Friday. No show today. Should have read Google reviews first instead of going on the recommendation of my neighbor it seems.

I called and heard back from them quickly. Don came out and fixed my washer within a few days. I would definitely use them again!
