My air conditioners fan stopped blowing and within an hour technicians came and diagnosed the problem to be a small control board. They went to the shop 1/4 mile away to get the part. In less than 45 minutes my unit was working properly. I have used this shop for years and have ALWAYS found the techs to be courteous and knowledgeable. I do however resent a trip charge of $100. Round trip to my home is less than 1/2 of a mile. The circuit board charge was $271. On Amazon the boards can be purchased for $39 -$165. Labor charge was $100 an hr for first man, $40 a hr for the trainee. Profit is NOT a dirty word, however…

We purchased an older home here in Brenham a few years ago, and it needed a completely new HVAC system. Corey and his team knocked it all out in a few days. Two new compressors, air handlers, ductwork, moving a return to another location. Installing Ecobee smart thermostats, hard start kits. Never had an issue with anything until recently. Our smaller compressor started randomly heating up and cutting off. I called Lakeway, and they came out promptly to fix it. They trouble shot it for a few days, and found that it just had a faulty chip board which rarely happens. Of all the hard work they put into it, they never charged me. Repairmen came out and did an outstanding job. replaced the coil and box on out system. Quoted to job at a reasonable price, worked in a timely manner and very professional. Would highly recommend this company to do work on your AC in Brenham!

Had a fairly minor A/C problem. Returned my call in less than 10 minutes and came by the house in less than 20 minutes. The service was spot on and the repair man was very nice.
