Don's Carpet One Floor & Home

My wife and I have recently undergone a complete kitchen remodel. Lauren DeArman at Don's was an immense help in every aspect. From colors and patterns to sizes and options, she was both helpful and informative. We are extremely happy with the flooring, counters, and backsplash from Don's. I highly recommend this establishment if you're undergoing any home remodeling and I especially recommend Lauren.

Had 4 rooms converted from carpet to hardwood. Installation crew was very professional, friendly, and detail oriented. The completed work done was top notch and came out beautiful. The owner took the time to find the correct match of our current hardwood to the material we needed for both 1st/2nd floors. Cost was very reasonable and worth the result. Will use Don's again

Don’s recently installed new flooring for my 82 year old mother. The flooring looks very nice and the price was reasonable. I am giving 4 stars because when she called after installation no one bothered to call her back. I would hate to have real issues and never be able to contact them once installation and payment is complete. UPDATE: The salesman had left. Don’s contacted us when the review went up. Within 48 hours all questions answered and one small adjustment completed. 100% happy. 😃

Could not be happier with our experience with Don's Carpet One and our tile purchase! Carrie at the Trussville location was so knowledgeable, helpful, supportive, and extremely patient with my indecisiveness. She kept us updated and informed through the whole project and gave us great info on what to expect with installation. And the installation job by Marcelo was outstanding!! He is a master of his craft and the work was impeccable! Would highly recommend this team!
