Don's Exterminating Co. LLC

I love the field service team at Don's. I have been using them, and so has my family for years. The main office is the only time I ever run into issues. Last time I called, they charged me for appointments without ever truly confirming what I was paying for. Because of this, I was charged nearly $300 in appointment fees that were supposed to be over several months. When I asked to be refunded, I was told it would be a multi-department effort. Weird that it's so easy to take my money though. Only staying for the field service.

Had an interesting start with Don’s .. as during a home inspection I believe an unfortunate oversight was made (I do understand the reasoning). After speaking with them they did come out and make things right! Having done this I decided to give Don’s my full business with termite bait stations and quarterly pest control, including mouse prevention. When the tech came out they did not install the mouse prevention, which I had paid for. After calling, they again came back out and made things right. I believe they could possibly use a few more QAQC measures put into place to better serve their customers but that is their decision. I will continue to use Don’s going forward as it feels good to support a local business and appreciate the effort to earn their customers satisfaction.

Don’s had Jesse service our home today. I usually do not post good or bad reviews, but Jesse was the most thorough service person I have ever had. I hope that Don’s will send Jesse out for our future services!
