I never saw him even take what would have been a well deserved break The quality of your product was matched by the quality of his craftsmanship. I owned a construction company for 37 years and I would have been estatic to have an employee like Adam. Shout out also to Christian Gutierrez and John Nealy who came to help Adam finish up. They were hardworking, diligent, and more than competent. Your employees were well trained, well stocked, motivated and good representatives of your business. Our old operator stopped working a few days ago, and of course it started working when Nicholas showed up, but he pointed out several wear issues with the old door hardware. He made a good point to encourage replacing the 1980 springs, tracks, and door, but we settled on replacing rollers and pulleys for now. Sure enough the operator was much happier and it will get us by for a little longer. I appreciated Nicholas talking through options and showing me the parts that were near total failure.
