Don's Garage Door Repair

Charles was very nice. He kept me informed about his arrival time. He explained everything about the choice’s and cost. He also did a very thorough job on the inspection and repair of my garage door as well as a very good job of cleaning up after he finished the repairs.

Charles and JP did an excellent job in making sure we were aware of our garage door installation options. We had a little bit of sticker shock but they both did well to assuage our concerns. We purchased a door and complete installation from Don’s. They were great to work with.

Install was good, technician was professional. Was told at original call that business was capable of repairing TorqueMaster systems but this was not the case. Ended up replacing system but not sure how honest of a practice this is. Gave four stars as work was good and technician quick and efficient. Sales practices a little suspect, though they did waive the fee to come out to the house. No idea how price compares as no other solid estimates to compare to.

Technician was great. He was Knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. I didn’t give a higher rating because the dispatcher gave me a 3 hour window of time for the technician to arrive. I felt that was a large amount of time to commit to waiting for them to show. Also, I had a coupon and mentioned it to the dispatcher. In fact, she even asked me if it was the coupon discount that led to me choosing this company…which it was. When the tech arrived, he stated that the service l needed wasn’t covered by the coupon despite me discussing both the coupon and the issue with my door to dispatch. As a result, I paid considerably more than I was expecting!!! Door is fixed though. Don’t fall for the “ tune up” $29.95 bait.

Aaron was phenomenal. He was friendly and personable, he explained what the issue was in layman terms, making sure I understood every step of the service call. Offered options, outlined the pros and cons of each option, and performed the work timely. At the end of the day I know exactly what was done, replaced, and things to watch for moving forward. Thank you Aaron, for your professionalism and kindness. I’d give you 10 stars if I could.
