Don's Heating & Air Conditioning

My system died! Called Don’s and they got right on it. Took all of my priorities and put together a plan and replaced all the mechanical equipment. From failure to back up was just four days! Luckily, the weather was nice over the weekend. The team at Don’s made it easy. Definitely would have met Dons expectations.

Tyler and Drew did a GREAT job fixing the problem I was having with my furnace! They explained what happened to cause the issue and how they were going to fix it. They were courteous, friendly and very efficient, as well as professional. I will definitely continue to use Don’s Heating and Air for any issues I might have in the future. Well done!

Technician that came by for maintenance call on my central air system was very friendly, and fast too! Very professional and even helped replace the filter on the air return!

I have used the services of Don's Heating and Air Conditioning for many, many years! They are always, quick to respond, very knowledgeable, and very personable! John, one of the servicemen, came to fix the heat pump. He was very knowledgeable, personable, and professional. He explained exactly what he needed to do, and answered all of my questions. The heat pump is now working perfectly again!!!

They were honest, on time. Highly professional. Respectful of our home, and family. They were always very pleasant no matter how hard the job turned out and how tired they were. They more than fulfilled our expectations and did not try to cut any corners at all. We thank you Dons!
