We used Wheatland Construction for our kitchen remodel, installation of new front door and replacement of an iron rail with a wall by our basement stairs. They were excellent in communicating and always made sure we knew when deliveries would take place. Carl and James were always so kind and easy to work with. We highly recommend them and will use them again when we have our bathrooms remodeled. (Cabinets were painted by a different contractor and floors were done by Jabaras)

We only left a 5 star review here because there wasn’t a 6 star option available. Owner Jonathan and Crew Coordinator Carl and their crew have done an exemplary job in all areas of our home remodeling project! Along with fair pricing the workers have gone above board in fixing items at no additional charge, just to see that the job was done right! Their communication, along with coordination on the timing of events of the various subs involved and their work, has been exceptional! Wheatland Construction built a new deck on the back of my house last fall. The one I had was rickety and needed to be completely replaced. I wanted a new one, same size and shape as the old one. Wheatland took out all the support pieces and even replaced two posts that supported part of my porch roof. The new deck is amazing! The whole rebuilding took about four weeks, but Wheatland’s carpenter, James, and project manager, Carl, communicated with me every step of the way. Jonathan came by two or three times to check with me and ask me how things were going. Some delays were weather-related, and some were because the concrete needed to cure. I would love for anyone researching this company to reach out to me. With pictures, emails, documents to support our many many concerns and proof of the pure crooked practices of this company, i hope you stay far away from this company. I am happy to share all of our factual concerns that have wrecked my family’s lives-truly. Our brand new home, that we have never lived in, is crumbling-literally falling down. This doesn’t even scratch the surface of our concerns with Wheatland. Unfortunately, after 2.5 years, we are still not in our home as it has been deemed un habitable.

Wheat land made our dreams come true in a multi remodel on our 1862 Stone House😁 Their vision and creativity in adding on a deck besides the kitchen and living rooms made this old farm house a “Branson Resort” Thank You Wheatland for giving us the house we never dreamed we would get to live in !!!
