The Project Manager and the Administrative Manager were both awesome! Very professional, organized, timely, and efficient. We worked as a subcontractor for them and could not be more pleased with the way that they handled the job, from the zoom calls, to the planning, to how buttoned up they were on their documents and the contract, to keeping us informed on the progress of the job, and to paying us in a timely fashion. We highly recommend this company and would be honored to partner with them again.

Dooley Mack recently completed a tenant build out project for one of my clients, Elsewhere Brewing, in the Grant Park area of Atlanta. Despite starting construction 2 weeks ahead of the pandemic setting in (and the City of Atlanta shutting down it's field inspections, instituting a new online system, and having massive delays), managed to get the project completed with only about 3-4 weeks of total delay. They assisted us as needed on items originally out of their scope and did so with efficiency and reasonable pricing (as opposed to some GC's who use change orders as an opportunity to line their pockets). Working with DooleyMack has been extremely trying for us. They work with small subcontractors yet expect them to have the deep pockets of big subcontractors. They expect us to pay all of our material suppliers and provide lien waivers without DooleyMack paying us a penny. So we have to front all this money and then beg and beg for our money. And just when it is finally time to pay us, they nitpick about every payment application in order to hold on to our money even longer. The project has been completed for nearly three months and we finally had to call the owner to get DooleyMack to talk about paying us. Unless you can afford to pay all the material and labor costs and then wait for months to get paid, be careful when working with DooleyMack.

We built and installed a sliding barn door for a project in Atlanta. They were easy to work with and paid as agreed. Would work with them again.
