Door Boy

I don’t recommend this company. I had a bad experience with them. 1. Installed the wrong window part. Luckily, my wife noticed that and made them replace it. Calls to their operator and manager were required. 2. For the installation materials, they use whatever they have in the truck, not the standard garage door ones. These parts do not match the door. When we mentioned the unmatched parts to them, they suggested us to paint it😳. So, after the installation of a new door is completed, you have to work on it in order make it look nice. 3. Parts were horribly cut (see pictures). Looks like these guys do not care about the quality of their work at all. 4. Lag bolts on the middle hinges are missing. 5. After we complained about the bad installation, their manager said that they use these parts

Top tier customer service! Took on our difficult door replacement when others wouldn’t. Install was quick and efficient. When we had an issue, they have provided prompt and friendly service. Highly recommend!

Unfortunate accident while rushing- hit the garage door before it fully opened. Door Boy was so understanding and sent someone out same day. I thought Id have to wait 6 weeks for replacement panel. David took a look and confidently repaired and reassembled the door in no time. Bonus- it’s fully functional!

I can't say enough Pleasant things about dealing with Door Boys, in particular Lena in the office JR and Pete. Lena was pleasant and helpful, helping me to determine what was wrong with my garage door opener. Pete is knowledgeable and professional. A clean worker who promised he would help me to learn how to program my new garage door opener. He kept his promise. I highly recommend this company. And JR, a technician came out to help reset my unit. Very very helpful.

I had a great experience with Door Boy. They were professional and priced fairly. All garage door companies are not the same. Door Boy is THE best choice! Robert came out for the estimate and after Dave repaired the door, the bill didn’t increase. Reliable, affordable, and experts at their job, I feel Door Boy is exceptional!
