Door Depot provided excellent service when fixing my garage door. They responded quickly, completed the repair in a timely manner, and their pricing was very reasonable. I highly recommend them for anyone needing reliable and professional garage door repair.

The service i received by Door Depot was amazing. When i say they handled everything in a professional and timely manner. I was told by another garage door company i needed a new door. That was not the case my technician Wu was able to identify the problem in less than a minute 😀. Then he came back and repaired my door in less than an hour. I was so blessed by the service 🙏🏾 I received at such a reasonable price. I had to share my experience with you all. This is not something I normally do but I was compelled to share. Thanks to Door Depot my door shuts smoothly. God Bless

Highly recommend Door Depot. Scott (the owner) truly has a hold on the garage door market. I called around to numerous places in columbus and all the places were 2x the price and out of stock especially for insulated garage doors. When I called Door Depot and spoke with Scott he had the exact doors I wanted for half the price. I have a 3 car garage and spent same amount for 2 doors with Door Depot than I would have spent on 1 door with other companies. The doors are excellent quality steel front and back. The installers (Todd & Taylor) were on time and very good. They cleaned up afterwards and told me how to keep up with maintenance. Once again I highly recommend Door Depot with Scott, Todd and the crew. Overall Outstanding Service with Quality. We are very happy customers.

Door Depot crushed it. We shopped around and their price was almost too good to be true. The installer Mark that came out to do the work was great, very clean and professional install. Very satisfied with everything!

Terrible communication. Called them to replace a damaged door since they originally installed garage doors on our home. Came out to inspect and measure. He said they would price door and availability and get back to us. Have not heard from him in weeks after multiple calls.
