In a world where it’s hard to even get a call back from contractors, and everything feels wildly overpriced, Tom is a total breath of fresh air. He’s super responsive, shows up right on time, and immediately dives into diagnosing the problem like a true expert. Forget manuals! This guy knows garage doors like he invented them. He had our unpredictable door back to working perfectly in under 20 minutes and was extremely reasonable. Professional, kind, and genuinely great to work with. Cannot recommend The Door Experts enough!

Great experience. I had originally contacted Tom/Door Experts LLC about 10 years ago when my garage door opener died. I was pleased with Tom's professionalism and advice at the time, so contacted him recently to repair the garage door tracks. Tom advised that he could readily fix the issue but in the process, we noted the date of original install of the door. In view of its age, I decided instead to replace it. (Note: Tom did not push that option). The guys came out and did an excellent install (~5 hrs.), hauled away the old door, and left the garage exactly as they found it. The door looks great.

Tom responded the same day to my inquiry and was out the next day to install a new LiftMaster motor. They went above and beyond by improving the performance of both garage doors and provided excellent service at a reasonable price. I would highly recommend them!

Tom was awesome! He came out quickly and was able to fix my garage door. He also wore a mask! I highly recommend and would definitely use Tom again.
