Very fast response and great service after the sale. Family owned company and you get treated as family when you call for service on your doors. Had them install 3 doors for me and couldn't be happier.

I made an appointment online for my garage door service. The appointment was confirmed I even received a message asking for my phone number. The company was supposed to call 2 hours before the appointment they called an hour and a half prior to cancel saying they don’t service my area. I am only about 15-20 mins outside of Superior. I’m disappointed because when making the appointment my address was included and I made the appointment during business hours so they could have caught that. My garage was open all night and I could have set up with someone else.

My home overhead garage door lift assist spring broke, so I made the call. It was temporarily repaired while in lieu of waiting for more spring stock to come in to make me 2 new springs. This confident 5 star review i am leaving comes in a month after that initial call, still waiting on spring stock but that is what it is, the repair may have failed causing my door to stay open and I called again and just explained what I see and that my door won't close. Wouldn't you know that they told me that he would be here tonight to make sure my door was at least closed, if not patched again until a repair can fully be made with the new equipment. Hard work and dedication is truly face-forward at this company.

I own a car wash in Superior Wisconsin and I used Door service, Inc. my doors would not work at the most inopportune time and door service would come to the rescue. I felt like Marty and the boys were taking care of me. They charged a fair price and came in a timely fashion. They always exceeded my expectations. I would recommend them to anyone.
