What an amazing experience with the entire team at Door Systems of Montana! From the receptionist to the technician, the team was very helpful and efficient. This is the first time I had to use them for my home and was pleasantly surprised when the prior owners used them as well (over 8 years ago), which speaks volumes on the quality of their work. Special shout out to Kraig who did a fantastic job replacing my garage door torsion springs! He was also very thorough and inspected the entire system to make sure it was working properly. He was also very patient while my kiddos were using their outside voices inside :). Thank you Kraig, Gabby & Door Systems of Montana!

Many thanks to Joe for a wonderful experience from top to bottom. DS of M installed the doors in this house in 2008, and they've worked well. When a spring finally broke, Joe came out and fixed not only the springs for two doors, but the weathered door molding and a problem we had been facing in which the garage doors wouldn't close if the outside of the door was bathed in full sunlight. Joe knew exactly what was causing it and went the extra mile to fix it and tell us how to mitigate it if it ever happened again. We thought no one would know what caused such a strange problem. Joe was thorough and a perfectionist at doing the job right, which is exactly what we wanted. The price was reasonable, and we ended up with two doors that work perfectly -- and look much better as a bonus. T

We have been wanting to replace our garage doors since we purchased the house. We had hoped to purchase last year, but it was not to be. Fortunately, I had kept a record of what we were looking at, and when I contacted Bob in sales, we picked up right where we had left off. All it took was some updates from him and we opted to replace the door openers. When we got the call the doors would be installed on 10/14 I was overjoyed! Shane the installer was here on time and went right to work. He did a great job and was very professional and kind. You could tell he liked his job. The company that installed my garage door was unable to make it operate properly. It hung-up on opening about 20% of the time. They tried three times to repair it and it failed each time. Door Systems sent one person who spent less that 3 hours adjusting several parts of the door and it's been operating perfectly since then. You just can't get any better than that!

Very helpful, knowledgeable,and friendly staff. Nice showroom. Actually had a garage door in stock we liked and it was installed later in the week. Their crew was fast and professional and was very careful to be sure the door sealed well. We are extremely pleased and would highly recommend them!
