We had such a great experience purchasing our new garage doors with PK and BK of Doormaster Ind. We went to their convenient Nashville location to choose the doors we wanted. We decided to get the “top of the line” add ons~ insulated, extra quiet, etc. We were happily surprised that the (2) garage doors priced out so well. The service we received from brothers PK and BK was excellent. They were so professional, courteous, and not pushing us At All! We were not in any rush for the new doors. It took 2-3 weeks for them to arrive. BK called to set up installation at our convenience. The install took the better part of the day. We are so excited about our new garage doors! Absolutely the worst company I have ever dealt with! When it takes 3-7 days to get a quote on a door, That is just not acceptable in this business. I have over 27 years in this industry as an owner/operator and have never see such disorganization and ignorance. BTW. Springs are made in India and NOT the USA! Most of the parts and products they sell here are cheap quality. When your reputation in business depends on the quality of your work and products. Don't leave your reputation in the hands of people like this that really don't care about the success of your company.

Very easy to deal with. A real family atmosphere. These guys have everything I’ve been in the garage door business for 20+ years and these guys are doing it right!

It’s been a great pleasure to work with the guys over here. They’re very timely with quotes, great communicators, have a team player mindset, and obvious that they value the companies who buy form them. Nice to have a supply house that does all of the above.
