Tim gave used car sales vibes from start to finish. I ordered 4 doors, had to wait when he said he had all 4. The installers did a poor job and lost the keys to the locks. Tim did nothing about either issue. 4 doors for $10 grand and no keys! I had to call another company to get it fixed and the locks re-keyed. Disregard the Jesus fish in his ads and the Christian music in the showroom.

I needed a new interior door and called. Doors by Tim for an estimate Tim himself came. I told him what I wanted and he gave me a very fair price. I wanted a pet door installed on this door. The door and the technician arrived and the door and Pet door was installed in three hours a lot quicker than I anticipated. The technician was very thorough And he cleaned up before he left. I am very happy with my experience with doors by Tim and I highly recommend them.

Taking advantage of ederly!I wouldn't even give one star. Charged an elderly woman $40,000 for windows doors and 2 bathrooms. Paid for a hurricane slider and just found out through appraisel it's not hurricane grade its regular. Totally blotched the tile in the master shower it looks terrible. Never completed the work. Horrible work!!!!!!! They at first installed the doors backwards. Total RIP OFF!!!! As you can see 3 years later then shower doors are still here in the box. Still holes in wall from where old lights were replaced with new ones. Again $40,000 $20,000 was for unfinished porly remodeled 2 bathrooms.

I chose Doors By Tim after requesting quotes from the big box stores and a national advertised brand. The big box could not or would not give me an itemized list of materials or a rough estimate to complete the job. The national brand was putting down everyone else's product. I asked Tim to come an provide a materials list and an estimate to complete the work. We discussed what window types, the variety of glass that could be selected. Tim took measurements and pictures of each window. We agreed on a fair price and the windows were ordered. When they arrived the installation schedule as worked out and completed on time. This guy is an absolute scammer. Took my moms 7 weeks ago promising her doors would be INSTALLED in 4-6 weeks. Wouldn’t return any calls and then when she showed up THREE separate times she was told “oh we’re sorry we never ordered your doors” and can’t give her any information of IF they will even get her doors. They were sure quick to take her money but not fulfilling their contract. Stay far away folks. Would give zero stars if I could.
