Great service. After calling around other garage door companies, I felt the best with Doors and More. Dale provided a video call consult and quoted an affordable price to replace my door springs. The installer, Jeff, was great. He was very detailed and took care of some items I didn't realize were going bad. Great company and will use them for future needs. Highly recommend.

Excellent service from the first call to the work being complete. Dale answered the phone and is clearly an expert, as we talked it through he knew exactly what was wrong. Matteo came out and fixed it, very professional and pleasant young man. He was thorough and explained everything to me including things like life expectancy and what to lookout for. Great experience!

Purchased a new garage door opener from Lowe’s, and Doors and More were the installer assigned, Dale Dale reached out Dale reached out and got me on the schedule, gave me an appointment time of 730 to 830, the installer Tech Mateo arrived promptly went straight to work removing my old garage door opener installed the new one and my wife and I have senior citizens. He took the time to instruct us on the operations and pointed out the differences, cleaned up. We were very impressed and satisfied with the punctuality and professionalism, it was refreshing to experience good customer service, which is absent often dealing with businesses in today’s environment! Sorry, but I'm really late with this review. A few months ago, I had Doors & More come out to repair one of my garage doors. One of the roller hinges had completely separated from one of the doors and was inoperable. When I called them, I originally asked them to look at replacing the doors with better insulated doors because I just put a mini split in the garage and was also having it insulated. The owner of the company came out that day to evaluate my situation. He was very helpful and direct. He immediately fixed the door himself by removing one of the roller hinges, resetting the door and tightening up the hinge so we could use it. Although I was ready to buy, and he could have sold me, a pair of new expensive doors, he looked them over and said I didn't need new doors that they were

I am extremely pleased with this company. They were very very reasonably priced, professional and efficient. They arrived promptly for the scheduled appointment and got straight to work after checking in with us. They were very friendly and pleasant and finished the installation much quicker than I would have expected (especially since it is freezing cold outside!) Mateo was very helpful and explained the functions of the new opener and took the time to program all the remotes to open both doors to the garage (we only needed one side replaced so we had other remotes that were already programmed to the other door).
