Quick Heating and Air Conditioning

Tommy has installed HVAC at my previous house. After moving, my heat in the new house quit working. Since I thought I was out of Tommy’s service area I called another big name company and got an estimate for repair. I decided to call Tommy for a second opinion and he came out and made the repairs that were needed. Cost was 1/3 of the original estimate. Not everything in the original estimate was needed or correct. Tommy is the most honest and trustworthy tradesmen I’ve ever met.

My air conditioner was not working and a friend of ours recommended Tommy Quick. We called him and he showed up about an hour later. He informed us that we would need to have the evaporator coil replaced. He said he would work up an estimate and call us later. When he called he informed us that the evaporator coil was still under warranty. He checked on the warranty without us asking. We paid for the labor and the refrigerant but not the evaporator coil. He saved us several thousand dollars. A day later the AC stopped working again and we called him back to see what was wrong. He explained that a capillary tube was leaking and that caused the refrigerant to leak out. He made the repair and told us that there was no charge for the repair because he said it could have possibly been done duri

On Saturday my AC stopped working, I called and left a message, I know he’s supper busy, and in very high demand, When he came out he figured out the problem right away, and had it fixed within the hour, Tommy is quick(like his name) and efficient, even in the pouring rain, He’s absolutely the best there is! My husband had A-1American come to replace our ac/heat pump unit worst mistake EVER! I wish I would have found Quick Heating and Air Conditioning from the beginning! Tommy is always a pleasure and every time i have called (so far four) he was here so quick and had my system up so quickly! Lol this last time he just came to my home, i had a knock on my door. It was my neighbor who's heat was also out. From my house to the next house Tommy went, with no hesitation! Most companies i have ever dealt with usually say oh you will have to call the office and schedule with them! TOMMY DIDN'T HESITATE TO RUN OVER AND ASSIST THIS NEIGHBOR! To me this speaks volumes of his character! He is top notch and i don't think there is any other company out there that could match this companies stature in qual

Tommy is great! Very knowledgeable/skillful and excellent response time. Most importantly he is very honest and you can trust his repair recommendations with confidence. I would not call anyone else for any of my future HVAC needs.
