I texted him on a whim to see if he was still in the business, and he was! And he immediately identified the issue just from a photo. No upselling, no pressure to replace the whole door. He had a tech nearby who came out that same day. The whole process from diagnosis to repair was done within three hours. We scheduled everything over text, paid online, and the price was totally reasonable. It was one of the easiest, most seamless home repairs I’ve ever had. Highly recommend

I've known the owner of this company since i was in high school which was over 15 years ago! He is such a hardworking and caring individual. Definitely the kind of person you can trust for your garage door needs. He always goes above and beyond to get the job done and will make it right no matter what. Definitely the kind of company you want in your corner. He's a straight shooter so you can rest assured if he says a product is a piece of crap- believe him. Ironically we had a garage door out for over a month. Finally, we called my old friend at Doors R Us and he made it right. Fixed in one day, easy peasy, in and out. Cannot recommend this company enough, but most importantly cannot recommend this owner and friend enough! You won't be disappointed.
