After wind damaged our roof, Jake and Freddie came out to inspect and explain our options. They explained the damage, what to expect from the insurance company, and Jake even came out when the insurance adjuster was on the property. Although our claim was denied, Jake gave us options to pursue with regard to appealing the decision. We set up the work for two weeks out. Freddie and the crew arrived at dawn and began setting up tarps to protect the landscaping against the house. They had the demo finished by noon and started on the new roof itself.
