Doorsmith Door Repair and Handyman Service

The other night I locked myself out of my car and strangers had helped me get back into it (all locksmiths were too expensive) but while doing so (took an hour) and broke my door handle as well. The next day I mistakenly did it AGAIN but decided I’d call a professional. Guy showed up and was there MAYBE 10 minutes, but got into my car in less than a minute. Was SUPER friendly and professional, but understood my situation and was great pricing. Thank you so much ❤️ 10/10 would recommend !

After being locked out of my car long after hours, this place was one of very few still open so naturally I went with them. Initial service was great, I was told they were dispatching a locksmith to help me and they would be here in 15-30 minutes. 30 minutes passed by and I called to verify everything was good and the driver was still on his way. I was told the driver was still coming and he was only 5 minutes away. Another 20 minutes pass by and I call again, and again I am told he is 5-10 minutes out. Keep in mind it is below freezing and I am waiting outside so I can flag the driver in case he doesn't see my car. I called around to several locksmiths and I found that 24HrLockouts had the best potential to be the cheapest and the fastest. The lady on the phone was straight to the point saying the starting fee was $35 and it would be 15-30 minutes for the locksmith to show. I gave a brief description to my location and was worried it might not have been enough because I was in an obscure area. It only took James twenty minutes to show up. I was very impressed with how quickly he showed up, that fact that he found me that quickly and that it only took 30 seconds to open my door. James was really friendly and understanding, I would highly recommend him to anyone who is in need of quick service when your stuck outside your car!

locked out of car, so I call 24 hour lockouts for service. They told me the technician would arrive within 30 minutes, however it took over an hour and a half for him to arrive. The dispatcher told me it would cost about $35 dollars, and it ended up costing me $80. This company needs to have more clarity with the cost of their services. especially if they can't show up in a timely matter.

My wife called these guys when my business lock wasn't working properly which it never has. I've called a number of locksmiths to fix this door and it works for a month or two then back to the same problem. Usually takes them a good 45 min to an hour and a half to arrive which most locksmiths do in my experience but not these guys. John arrived in 15 min and he was very professional and friendly. He took the lock apart and I'm not sure what he did but now going on 4 months and it's working like a new lock. I will continue to use these guys any time I have an issue with a lock period!
