Working with Doortek Garage Door Service couldn't have been any better. The office support was polite and efficient. The service rep Jonah was ahead of schedule and ready to resolve my garage door concerns. He quoted me the cost beforehand and professionally repaired my garage door. I wouldn't hesitate to work with Doortek on any future garage door needs. They were the best!

Very good experience with DoorTex. Had an appointment at 10am and they called to see if they could arrive early. They showed up by 9:45 and after they evaluated the issues, they provided an estimate and began work. Very professional and polite. Work that was done looked very good. Nice company and associates working there.

These guys did an amazing job installing new garage doors. Our old doors went up and down 'all wonky' and loud. There were gaps all around them. The DoorTek doors operate smoothly, quietly, and are perfectly sealed on every side. They setup all of our remotes, keypads, and phone apps to operate our doors. These are nicely insulated too, so our garage will stay warmer/cooler!!

Absolutely great repair of my garage door! Two excellent and very knowledgeable techs. Prompt with scheduling and arrival (day before Thanksgiving). Could not be more pleased and will definitely use DoorTek again.

Tech came on service call because I was having a problem with remote opener. After checking out the motor drive system and finding excessive wear ( do to age) we decided to replace the opener. The techs were able to install a complete new system in a little over an hour. I am very pleased with job performance and how much quieter the new system is.
