We are highly satisfied with the customer service provided by Rogers heating and air. Our interest in a new HVAC system led us to meet with Brandon and Joey, who took the time to discuss the various options available to us. We are pleased with our decision to choose Rogers HVAC, and although we encountered a few challenges during the process, the company promptly addressed and resolved the issues. The installation team and office staff were consistently, friendly and cooperative, enhancing our overall experience.
I needed to have a new heat pump installed and since I had previously gone with Roger’s for my Generac I went back to them for this large ticket item. Everything went flawlessly starting with Brandon in sales. He kept in contact throughout the entire process. Installation day was scheduled easily and really quickly. On the day of install Jordan and his team arrived on time, worked hard, keeping me updated as to the progress and finishing in a reasonable amount of time. This time also included installation of a new water heater and cleaning of the ducts in my house. To sum it up, it has been an awesome experience for a somewhat stressful and costly situation. I highly recommend Roger’s Heating and Cooling.
I called Bradley electrical and they came out the same day to look at my problem. Then, the very next day to fix it. He was very knowledgeable and personable. He fixed my problem for a very reasonable price. I will 100% call him next time I need any electrical work.
Brandon came out to my house and diagnosed my system.Fixed the problem in a timely manner. Highly recommend. And to add also he was very well mannered young Man.
