Super professional and quick service. Came out for an eval on a Friday after hours and determined we needed a new unit. Living in Cocoa FL it can get super hot 🥵. He installed a new Lennox unit that is incredible. Prices were fair and we're extremely happy overall and will continue to use dorado in the future.

Amazing! Johnny McDonalds came the same day to fix our unit. He changed the part that was needing to be replaced and cleaned our pvc pipes. Awesome service, very professional, and all done in less than 1 hour. Dorado will be always on the top of our list to call and will recommend them 100% to anyone.

I have to say, I’m new to the area and I’m so lucky I was referred to Dorado by my agent. I’m not kidding, my air handler was a disaster to look at, and Dorado had the entire area cleaned, replaced and touched up. Johnny was open about what needed to be fixed or replaced, truthful about the time it would take to get a new handler installed, and even offered to help mount my tv!! Lol I really have been blessed to have gotten Dorado and the quality work they do.

Connor with Dorado was amazing. He was very professional and friendly (even our dogs loved him)! He gave me updates and what to expect next, the whole time. They checked and found out motor was still under warranty. Lucky for us. They were also able to fix same day and we were able to get a first morning appointment when we called to have ER service. HIGHLY recommend!!! They now have another customer for life! Thanks again!

We have found our AC company!! Beyond impressed that Johnny the owner answered my frantic message on a Sunday night when my air stopped working. He had me text photos and assisted with a temporary fix for the night. He squeezed me in his schedule the next day and came out to repair and service our unit. Five star service and we are excited to have them come out and maintain our AC biannually. Thank you Dorado Air and Heat!
