Jose is awesome. He’s helped us a few times with our AC and every time he’s been quick to get back to us and quick to figure out the problem. The first time we called, he diagnosed a bad blower and fixed it right away. Another time, when the unit was struggling to cool the house, he figured out the problem fast and ended up saving us a ton of money. What I really appreciate is that he explains everything in simple language. He’s honest and doesn’t push unnecessary stuff. He just lays out your options so you can make the best decision for your situation.

Jose responded quickly, could have easily charged me more than just a service call considering my system’s neglect. He was friendly, ridiculously knowledgeable and tidy. Got me chilly again in no time!! Thank you!!!

I purchased a new AC unit complete from Dorado AC from Jose the owner. This was in August 2024 , after he left it started leaking water all over the house. He came out looked at it and said I need to change the water drain so I had to pay to have the pipes changed with someone else. The cold weather came and I turned the heat on and now this did not work I again called Jose and he told me he would be there in a couple hours. For three days I continue to call and he would not answer me I then had to resort to call another AC company. when the new AC company arrived they found out the thermostat that Dorado put in was no good and I also had to replace a relay in the furnace to make the heat work this cost me $400 when he should have came out and fixed his problem. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHOULD YOU CONTACT THIS COMPANY!! My AC went out on Sunday, Dorado was the company supplied by the builders to use for warranty. I called the "emergency line" listed from Dorado on Sunday at 1 pm and my calls were forwarded to voicemail with no follow up. I proceeded to send an email to the address listed on the website, once again with no reply. Finally I was then contacted by Jose Monday stating he would be coming by between 3-5pm. I began calling Jose at 5pm to get an eta as he had not arrived. He finally replied at 6:24 pm saying he was on his way and showed up around 7pm. He looked at the unit and told me I needed a new valve. He said he would contact me that same night or call me at 730 am to see if the part was in stock or needed to be ordered. He never ca

Dorado air was our contact person for our new home since they are the ones that installed everything. Our house is only 2 years old and we started having A/C problems. We did a lot of things ourself to try and fix it and we did but the problem kept coming back. We called Dorado air 3 times no answer. We put a service request in and did get a call the next day. Someone came and they said “ i will be back tomorrow to clean everything out” we said ok thank you. That was over a month ago and no one ever came back. The problem still kept happening and we put in another service request but this time no one got back to us. We called 3 times again and no answer. I’m not sure how these people have any 5 star ratings because they are zero help at all. I wish our builder used someone who was more rel
