Dormann’s team are top notch and incredibly fair. I had my water heater fail and let water get all over my floor. I called them on a recommendation and they sent someone in 20 minutes. They diagnosed the issue, stopped the water, and were extremely thorough in their diagnosis. The next day, Zev arrived (ON TIME! Huge bonus) and got right to work. Replaced the whole thing by himself in no time flat. Ran into a small hiccup with a part but got it swapped and had me back with hot water way quicker than I thought I would just 24 hours prior. Can’t praise him enough on him handling the speed bump on the part—I’ve seen guys go ballistic for way less. Will be coming back, thanks again Zev and Dormann’s!
