Newcaztle

I reached out to Chris at Newcastle for a quote for my lawn repair. A staff member from a solar company drove onto my lawn after a night of rain and subsequently, became stuck and required a pull out. Needless to say, my lawn was absolutely wrecked. After speaking with Chris, he informed me that he did the landscaping here before I bought this home two months ago. I LOVE the landscaping so I decided to choose him and his company for the lawn repair. He was so professional, very quick to answer emails, and 2 days after he provided the quote, the job was done & it was done beautifully. It far exceeded my expectations as he took it upon himself to also patch up a few other areas on my lawn that weren’t related to the guy driving on my lawn. Chris at New Caztle and his team were amazing! I would recommend them and have been recommending them to all my neighbors and friends! They took down my back yard fence and disposed of it. They replaced it with 3 absolutely beautiful landscaped gardens and a lighting system. It is just gorgeous!! At night it lights up so pretty. They went above and beyond. A couple weeks ago we had a terrible storm and it took out my tree in the front that was here for many years and not one of his newly planted. He came right over the next day and replanted it for me! Above and beyond! He is extremely reasonable and did GREAT work and is SO polite, always calling me “Miss.”. Thank you Chris! We enjoy sitting out in outlets beautiful back yard!

I contacted Newcaztle after seeing an advertisement on Next Door Neighbor. Chris D., the owner reached out to me and provided a reasonable, in-person quote to trim bushes and trees throughout my property, in addition to installing fresh mulch. I also hired Chris to maintain weekly mowing of my property. Chris and his team did a great job, prices are fair and competitive and I would highly recommend.

If you like landscapers who don't perform work on time or according to plan, who make bizarre payment requests that will make you uncomfortable (like asking for cash), who threaten you with fake invoices and legal action if you don't pay them the very day that they demand to be paid (never mind what their contract says or whether they've completed the work), and who have such bad tempers that they will show up at your house unannounced, scream at you and call you names while waving a shovel in your face -- then Chris is the right landscaper for you. If not, I suggest you find a company that displays far more professionalism. Some of the work that Newcaztle did was good -- we have a nice patio. Much more was not. We are so happy with the work that New Caztle did for us. We had an overhaul done to our front yard and we couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. Chris was so great to work with and we will be using his company for all of our landscaping projects going forward!
