Make sure you get them to sign your subcontractor forms AND register in your city as a contractor ahead of time. We've been waiting for months to close a permit out. Quality of work was very bad. Edit for response: it was a remodel on a house that lit on fire. All roofers, electricians, plumbers, and hvacs are required to register with cape coral and sign subcontractor forms for the city because full rebuilds are done under one permit. You signed the sub form but are refusing to get registered with the city of cape. It's been 6 months and we can't get a CO because you won't register. Fraud. Reported.

We picked this company because Antonio seems a trustful and honest person , however after they completed our roof repair , the leaking persisted in the same area that it was before , and based on the contract we will have 1 year warranty. However 4 months after the problem continues (because it was raining a lot a this point and we noticed that the leaking was still there ), we contacted him and he came to fix it ( he placed extra material on the top and spent literally 15 minutes doing it as you can see on the picture attached ) but the leaking got worst , we called him back and he said we will have to pay more money to repair the problem ($500 more ) because the problem was different and he could not cover that .
