The technician was on time and very professional. He explained all the details and gave me pictures that I can pass on to my repair maintenance people. He took care of all parts of inside and outside of the dryer area that needed to be fixed. I'm clear from his description on what needs to be done to take care of this vent problem that I had. I highly recommend him and your services were very good

Considering this is the 6th repair my washer needed, this was the first time Dosyak is repairing it. Great communication as far as appointment time, ETA, etc. Repair was done quickly. Although the technician was wonderful and knowledgeable, considering the history of this washer, I am just hoping I don't need them back again. This was covered through my protection plan, so I can't comment on cost.

Charles was out to work on my refrigerator twice. Once to diagnose the issue and then was back with the parts to repair it. Both times he was extremely friendly and professional. He was patient and knowledgeable to answer any and all questions that I had. He was very neat and organized while working as well. Highly recommended!

EXTREMELY dissatisfied with this company and their lack of customer care. My washing machine was scheduled to be fixed 3 weeks ago. First reschedule was due to snow, couldn't send someone out until the following week. Fine, we waited. Tech arrives and can't find any issues with the washer, even though we thoroughly explained the issue. He leaves, tells us to run a load and let him know how it goes, and GALLONS of water dumps ALL OVER our laundry room. Notify the company, they state they know the issue and will schedule service once parts arrive. Parts arrive another week later (it's been 2 weeks at this point that we've been waiting for this machine to be fixed) and the appt is schedule the following week yet again. Now today was supposed to be the day of service, it's 10am, appt was sched
