We had an amazing experience with this awning company! From start to finish, they were professional, knowledgeable, and so easy to work with. The quality of the awning is top-notch and it has completely transformed our space. You can tell they take pride in their work, and it truly shows. Highly recommend to anyone looking to add both beauty and function to their home!

Took them a while to get our 2 story automatic screen decks completed, but I will say this: they stayed until every last screen (8) worked properly and they did a great job caulking all of the frames. We are 2 hours from their location but they came just about every day for 2 weeks and even returned an extra day to deal with a remote issue. We are very pleased.

Very fast to respond for a free estimate. The only company out of four we contacted that actually provided a written quote. But we had to wait four months for install. After each delay no contact from the business, we had to call them but they usually respond very quickly. Excellent finished product but we also had to clean up after the install crew. Cigarette butts and metal shavings left all over the yard and porch. Upgraded to 4 stars. 3 years later the enclosure is holding up extremely well. Looks great and makes the porch and pool much more enjoyable free from bugs and leaves

Do not work with this company under ANY circumstances. They built my original screen enclosure. That was great until Hurricane Michael stuck and I needed it replaced for Hurricane damage. I paid to have the entire roof replaced. The screens they installed got holes all over within weeks. They claim that it is bugs eating them. What is odd is that the side screens to the enclosure that I replaced, have no similar holes! Prior to Michael, over more than 8 years, not one hole in the roof. At the very least they are now using substandard materials. The roof frame they replaced expanded, warped in the heat and came loose within a couple of months. Dothan Awning takes forever to respond to calls. Staff deaths and retirements seem to be the go to excuses for never responding. Months to get someon

Got an estimate in early February for screen replacement. A smaller job that the tech said would take about a half day. Tech said they were scheduling in early April but since it was a small job it may be sooner. I sent the deposit check and it was cashed by Dothan Awning on/about Feb 23rd. Was told by Jan to call back closer to April for an install date. Called April 15th and was told by Jan that my install date is May 27th. The reasons given were material order issues and a recent storm. I then spoke to Pat the owner who was unapologetic and condescending from the start. I told him I was not happy waiting 4 months for a small job. He offered rain as an excuse and then said he wasn’t going to explain it any further to me and would send a refund check. I am now awaiting my refund check. We
