I cannot recommend Adam and Double-Checked Inspection Services enough. Adam made it very clear that he cares about what he does which is why the company exists and it’s apparent in the work. He said he goes above and beyond and he means it! The inspection was incredibly thorough and at no point did I feel like any corners were cut. Fair, honest, transparent, and professional. Double checked went out and inspected the home my boyfriend and I were looking at buying. They did an incredible job! Their inspection was incredibly thorough and detailed.
