If you're looking for someone to pump your septic system or handle any septic-related work, I highly recommend Double R Septic. They were incredibly honest and straightforward. Roberto and Francisco took the time to explain everything, including filters and how to maintain our septic system in top condition. What impressed me most was their integrity - they didn't charge me for a service I thought I needed, which speaks volumes about their trustworthiness. It's refreshing to encounter such honest professionals in the area.

We needed septic tank service. We called Double R Septic System and they scheduled us quickly for the next day. They arrived on time and quickly drained our septic tank, explained the their process, and inspected the tank condition. They gave us recommendations for the continued maintenance of the tank and some additional repair work needed. Something previous local companies never did in the 20+ years we've had this service performed. All these other companies did was drain the tank and then leave. We're very happy and satisfied with their work.

I called them today 7/9/25 to have my tank pumped. First off they are a fraction of the price I was quoted from other companies. They showed up within a few hours and quickly got to work. During the process of pumping and inspecting the tank they were able to identify a broken pipe and took care of the issue at the same time. I highly recommend Double R Septic system for anything related to septic. They will be my first call from now on!

We should have called Double R first! We live in Rio Rico and had a Tucson company addess our backed up pipes. HUGE MISTAKE. We were overcharged and then the problem wasn’t even fixed. When our pipes backed up again (shortly thereafter) we called Double R. Double R came out promptly and their service was exceptional!!! The guys were knowledgeable, skilled and professional. Their fees were a fraction of what we paid the Tucson company. We would not hesitate to use them again and cannot recommend them enough!
