Secretary has poor communication with clients. As the property owner, I tried getting in contact with her multiple times after work had been done and there was no answer nor was there any attempt to get in contact with me. Even after owning the property for a few months, she would only respond to my realtor agent. To make matters worse, a response from this company did not come UNTIL AFTER my realtor agent had threatened to contact the ROC about the situation. This company also decided where they were going to test on our property, without asking our preference. Not a big deal, until I spoke with one of their technicians that clearly stated to me, "I don't know why they dug here. There's so much clay even I know it probably won't perc". Grateful they gave me the re-test they promised, but

I just received service from them today. They did a great job, were polite and knowledgeable and took care of the septic issue in under 2 hours.
