We purchased an extremely expensive toilet with lots of features. I historically do all my own handi-work including plumbing. This one got me and I told my wife to hire a professional plumber, Hambel's, used by our employer. Showed up on time, did an amazing job with our unique "configuration" and left the place better than he found it. Wife tipped well. Cost was fantastic.

Fast and honest service. Mike came to our home for a suspected clog, but he correctly diagnosed the real issue, which was the need to pump out and clean the filter of our septic tank. He carefully and promptly checked each toilet and shower. The company didn't charge us since they weren't able to provide the service we initially requested. I wish all companies were as honest as Doug Hambel's Plumbing, Inc. I'm confident this company will continue to prosper in the market. Thank you so much!

If I could give 0 starts I would. Never had a problem with them. I probably should have called an owner operator. Ask him to replace the t drain. The service tech just replace the over flow part and then had to ask him to replace the drain. That was a mistake cause when I did he destroyed the drain portion of the tub. I asked him they don’t sell removal tools. He said the did and totally destroy my tub. If I don’t fix it would rust. Needless to stay I will never use them again let alone pay 350 and him not saying anything about destroying my tub to get the drain off and then putting the new one in. That was the after math of his removal. Keep in mind rhe rust that would have happened.

No service fees and honest, This is my go to for plumbing, I used them for hot water replacement, faucets and just recently a hose bib, no gimmicks either, or paying a service fee. They price it fair and came out the next day.
