I can’t say enough good things about Douglas Aquatics. I’ve been a customer for over a year, with weekly hot tub service during the winter and bi-weekly service during the summer, and the experience has been consistently excellent. My regular technician, Butch, is awesome—reliable, knowledgeable, and genuinely great to work with. Over time we’ve developed a solid personal relationship, which says a lot about the kind of people Douglas Aquatics employs. Today really stood out. I called with a chemical issue, and within 90 minutes, Joy, the new service coordinator, and John, the service manager, personally showed up at my house. After some difficult issues with previous aquatics companies, I am now currently work with Douglas Aquatics at two locations. They have done a great job at both. Their professionalism, staff and communication have been excellent, and we are looking forward to continuing that success in 2026.

We have been very pleased with Douglas Aquatics. We had some trouble with our pool and they were able to help us to repair it for us. I had called many companies prior, and nobody could assist me with the problem but Douglas Aquatics came through. They also installed a new liner and cover for us. Everyone that I spoke to was very kind and helpful. Definitely will be using them to open and close our pool and future pool needs.

Douglas Aquatics recently replaced my pool liner and I have to say they were met with many challenges throughout the project. The crew and office staff handled everything with perfection. Everyone had great communication & really worked hard to make sure I was taken care of & no shortcuts were taken. I definitely recommend them for all pool services!
