Douglas-Kerr Underground, LLC.

The city of Braham made a decision to use this company to tear up the entirety of a road. Residents have not been able to drive through this road for months now and there is no shoulder to drive on. Cars must be parked blocks away and you have to walk to your home, carrying groceries. There has been a garage fire with no way to get the fire trucks to the property and it burnt down. Company is ran by a very unprofessional man. This should be illegal as there is no way to get medical emergency services down the road something happens.

This company is ran by a very rude and unprofessional man named Douglas Kerr. They are unorganized and he is unprofessional. I've heard complaints from postal workers about how they handled the removal of our post boxes which I was never informed would happen, mine is currently upheaved and chucked in my front yard and I am forced to go to the postal office to get my mail. I have a very loud generator/pump? in front of my house which runs at all hours. My house is also next to a church that will have to listen to this run continuously over Easter weekens. I have family coming over to celebrate the holiday and this will disturb our peace. When I asked who to talk to about this he said only him, then I asked who hired him he conceded that it would be the city of Braham. He wouldn't spell

Gets a contract in the city of Ramsey, then proceeds to refuse citizens access to their own property at 7 pm on a weeknight. When confronted about the timeline, the only answer they had was "we work late". Very unprofessional, would warn others to verify this company's workmanship and values before offering them high dollar contracts.
