Had new AC, boiler and water heater install in the past 6 months. Customer service is very responsive and helpful! The technicians are professional, timely and communicative. They were respectful of my home and the environment. They clearly take pride in their work and work so well together as a team. Very impressive!

Douglas Mechanical Services replaced our oil furnace and made the process easy from start to finish. Oliver and his team were very responsive and worked hard to complete the job as quickly as possible. The install was clean, communication was clear and pricing was great. Recently moved to the area and woke up this morning to a cold house. Not having a company yet to service our furnace I searched Google and found Douglas Mechanical. I didn’t want to use a national wide company. Called and explained my problem and they said a technician, Andy could possibly come out at noon. Technician arrived at 11. He diagnosed the problem and explained what he was going to replace and why. Someone in the company was able to bring the part while the technician cleaned the furnace while waiting. Once the part arrived, an induction motor, he had the system up and running. For not being a regular customer I have to say they were great! They will now be my “guy”. Within a few hours of us calling during a "heat failure" event at our business, these nice folks (a younger guy named Bobby) popped by our business, spent a couple hours working on the big rooftop heater, and figured out a solution for us. The price was reasonable, the employees were personable and professional, and the heat speaks for itself. Their team is calling around for parts for a long-term fix for our heater, and we've got faith that they'll find the best option available for us. We've got a new HVAC company for life!
