I have called 3 times, I provided my contact information to a older sounding lady. I asked about estimates I was told they give them over the phone. I described what services I was looking for she told me someone who have to call me back, she had no idea of a specific issue I was describing. I was told that someone would contact me back after 3 calls, I still have not received a return call. I never received a return call. I wanted a smaller company not a nation wide big company. This company was recommend to us, however if you want a reliable company dont use because I never received a return call or response.

Jim is a real pro and always takes his time during the call. He even treated my yard for fire ants, which was a real plus. Highly recommend to anyone needing help with pest control.
