In a world of big box stores and a giant online retailer that is scarfing up the competition daily, it's refreshing to know that there are mom and pop stores out there that still put the customer first. I've been using DougRuckerStore for three years and I've never had a problem. Recently, I placed an order and it was shipped promptly as expected. While the shipment was in route, I get a text that the software they use had miscalculated shipping costs and that they were refunding me for the shipping overcharge. Sweet. I wasn't expecting that. After the order arrives, I discover that one item is incorrect and a similar item was sent by mistake.
