Madd Air Heating & Cooling

We had a nearly 14 year old system that ran fine until it didn't. Condenser was short cycling outside and I wasn't sure why. Initially, I noticed our soft start box had failed, so at first, I removed it. Same problem. I replaced my spare contactor since it was drenched in electrolyte from the failed soft-start unit. Then a spare capacitor. EVERYONE in Houston should have a spare capacitor on hand at a minimum! They're inexpensive and simple to change. However, that wasn't my issue either. My evaporator had sprung a leak in my attic. Justin gave me options to either replace the evaporator coil, which was sandwiched between my furnace and ductwork, which would be fairly expensive and I'd still have an aging condensor/compressor. We were very happy with the whole process with Madd Air! From the first call to the final product, it was smooth and professional. Joe, the sales rep, and Joseph, the install tech were awesome! Madd Air scheduled us the day after we called and going into Easter weekend. Outstanding response! Also big thanks to Chuy and his crew for their fast work and for cleaning up afterwards.
