Doug's Rug Care

I had an oriental rug and a braided rug cleaned by Doug’s Rug Care. Both are 20+ years old, had been cleaned once before, but they were dirty and had pet urine stains. I picked them up today and they look great. The odor is gone and the rugs look brand new. The price was reasonable.

Terrible communication and invalid charges. If you can't find someone else, be certain you get accurate detailed receipts showing you prepaid in cash and exactly what for. And when it will be done.

Because he uses green cleaning products, there is never a chemical order left. Doug has taken care of pet spots very thoroughly. You would never know that they were there!

We have a Turkish rug that has seen some hard use over the years --Doug was able to remove the stains, clean and restore it beautifully. I was very impressed by Doug's professionalism and attention to detail. I highly recommend his services to others.

Doug did a great job on our livingroom carpet after our dog was sick and made a HUGE mess. I thought there was no way the stain would come out of the new, tan carpet but it was spotless after he was finished. Excellent work!
