After 35+ years of winter salt eating away our concrete garage floor we finally decided it was time to have it restored. We compared several contractors and selected Richards LLC and we could not be happier with the quality of the service provided. The visit to the office proved helpful in selecting the chip size and color that best fit our garage. The workers arrived on time and were very courteous. I had expected a huge amount of noise and dust however the equipment was very quiet and practically dust free. By the time they had finished milling the concrete it looked as if it had been just poured. The results are outstanding. We highly recommend Richards LLC for your garage restoration

The product itself is wonderful. No complaints. The communication and general professionalism is atrocious. Throughout the planning process, we asked several times before booking about the curing time for heavy traffic and were consistently told 48 hours. Post project completion, we were told 72 hours by the installers, and then the care sheet says up to 5-7 days for shelving. This inaccurate information - plus a reschedule - complicated our move. The cherry on top is the several packs of cigarette butts littering our front yard and driveway.

My wife and I are so very happy with our new epoxy garage floor. Had epoxy finish installed on concrete front porch. End product is beautiful! Jake & Gavin were fantastic. They worked diligently to complete the project and communicated with me regarding the progress and status.
